FAQ

THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • What is so special about silk charmeuse?
We've perfected the silk mask. Our 19 momme silk charmeuse is sumptuously soft and easy on your skin. Other fabrics can cause acne, otherwise known as maskne. We were comissioned to make a line of silk charmeuse for a local Bloomington high-end boutique called Alibi. Once we made the masks and tried them, we were hooked. You barely know you're wearing a mask with charmeuse. We scour the market, so we know we have the best product in the most colors than any other company out there. We've even ordered from other sellers to compare our product and there's no comparison. Some claim to be 19-22 momme, but are far lower in grade.
  • What is your cookie policy?
We store your login but do not sell it or share it with anyone else. You may opt out of our e-mails any time by responding "stop". We respect your right to privacy.
  • What if there is an issue with my mask?
Because of Covid 19, we do not accept returns. Our products are carefully inspected before shipping. However, we want you to be happy and if for any reason you are not, take a photo of your issue and e-mail it to us through our contact page and we will make it right. We stand behind all products.
  • How do I care for my Silk Masks?
Our silk charmeuse masks are washable. We recommend using woolite or any other specialty fabric detergent and hand wash. Hang your mask to dry and press or steam it once it's dry. We suggest pressing on silk setting to bring your mask back to it's sumptuous self. You may also buy Laundress products from Alibi online at https://www.wearalibi.com
