DECLARATION FORM MC-031
I have supported the Petioner since we were separated in 2008. During this time, I have been impeccable with my word to the court and have deposited each and every payment on time, without exception. Since the, the Petitioner has made little, if any real effort to become self-supporting, despite court orders which include a Gavron Warning.
On March 6, 2014 the court reminded Petioner of her obligations in regards to "significant effort" and "determination" towards becoming self-supporting.
Still to this day, the Petitioner has not demonstrated any improvement in her effort to seek employment and contines to file each progress report at the last hour of the day due. These monthly reports contain nothing more than one cut-and-paste copy of a Craigslist posting (reports attached).
It is now clear the Petitioner has no intention of abiding by court orders and demonstrated in her own words in her declaration for the 2014 hearing:
"I expect support without restriction" and "Gavron distracts me...reporting my actions is a shameful duty to me."
Given the Petitioner's actions have been blatantly coutner to her explicit obligations, I respectfully ask the court to terminate spousal support immediately.
