OPENING STATEMENT

YOUR HONOR, IF IT PLEASES THE COURT, I WOULD LIKE TO STATE MY CASE:

 

Today, 6 years after our official separation,

             3 1/2 years after our divorce was finalized

and      2 and 1/2 years after spousal support was officially ordered by the court,

 

I am asking the court to terminate spousal support based on bad faith demonstrated by the petitioner in her own words, actions and lack of efforts.  It is time for the Petitioner's abuse of me, my family and the system to stop.

 

 I truly need time to pursue my American Dream outside the confines of a dead-end corporate job.
