INTRODUCTION
I provide the court with documentation and underlining case law to terminate spousal support based on bad faith on the part of the Petitioner.
Beyond bad faith, since my original declaration was submitted, Petitioner has displayed contempt in the form of battery upon the person serving her with documents regarding this case. Charges have been filed and arrest is pending.
