On September 21, 2012, in the FINDINGS AND ORDER AFTER TRIAL, the court expressed the folloing statements regarding the Petitioner’s obligations:
-
She has the training and apparent talent to become self-supporting. (p6, L20)
-
With good faith effort, she will be able to significantly contribute to her needs in the next two years. (p7, L2)
-
She needs to spend significant effort on seeking entry level positions in her field of expertise. (p.4, L8)
-
She must use her training and determination to be self-supporting. (p4, L20)
The GAVRON WARNING: Petitioner is ordered to make good faith effort to be fully employed to her capacity. (p.8, line 1)
Petitioner is ordered to pay Respondent $9,300...$200/month. (p.8, line 24)
The court retains jurisdiction to enforce this order. (p.9, line 14)
In my declaration on fomr MC-031, I illustrate the discrepancy between the court order and the Petitioner's actions in regards to becoming self-supporting.
